The B2B– Full Cycle Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting, through to product presentation, closing, onboarding and post-sale follow-up. The role requires a confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Purpose of the Role
Present and position products or services effectively to prospective customers.
Provide accurate product information and solutions to individual customer/business needs.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Prepare and present proposals or quotations.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
Secure signed agreements and convert leads into sales.
Customer Onboarding
Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for smooth setup.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements.
Post-Sale Support&Relationship Management
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Build long-term customer relationships to support retention and portfolio growth.
Reporting&Administration
Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Track performance against individual and team targets.

Qualifications / Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in full-cycle sales (B2C or B2B)
Call Centre environment sales experience in a UK Campaign is advantageous
Ability to work in UK hours
