Description

Our client has an opportunity available for a Contracts Coordinator based in Rivonia.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
  • Paralegal certificate would be advantageous.
  • 2+ years supervisory level experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor, observe, and track key contracts deliverables.
  • Ensure the monthly submission of reports.
  • Generate formal and ad hoc reports by completing report templates and responding to specific request.
  • Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to the client on corrective actions where applicable.
  • Give feedback on performance to team members.
  • Manage conflict between team members.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Keep up breast of changes in a role to be able to manage the impact of those changes.
  • Flag and debate issues constructively.
