Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Scrum Master - Group Digital Marketing to join their team Remotely on a contract basis . They offer stability, growth, attractive salary and a great working environment.

You will be responsible for providing leadership and mentoring to the digital marketing team in order to facilitate their continuous improvement, adoption of Agile methods and use of Scrum. You'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure a seamless transition from old school planning processes towards the new world of agile teams, platforms and methodologies. Support and partner with Agile Transformational teams (Application Development and Maintenance, Project Management).

Requirements

1. Ensure successful implementation of Agile in Software projects according to the business needs and strategic goals
2. Implementation of Agile in software projects with improved quality
3. Provide expert level guidance to software project team and stakeholder reporting
4. Support the Agile transformational teams in driving the implementation of Lean and Agile principles
5. Guiding Solution Delivery teams on how to use Lean and Agile practices and values
6. Ensure professional relationships with software contractor, consultant and external suppliers

Qualifications

1. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field required
2. 8 years experience in IT
3. 5 years experience in a leadership role
4. Certified Scrum Master Professional (Scrum Alliance)
5. Certificate in Lean Kanban
6. Agile Certified Practitioners (ACP) - PMI
7. Business strategy and business process implementation experience
