Salesforce Developer - Contract, Randburg

Our Client a global tech firm is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team in Randburg on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, exposure, Competitive rates and a great working environment.

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for developing custom applications and integrations using the Salesforce platform. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects with different clients in order to gain experience across all areas of Salesforce development. The right candidate should have solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Apex (Salesforce's application programming interface), VisualForce pages and Lightning components.

Requirements

1. Experience working with Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, REST and OAuth is desired.
2. Configure and develop solutions in Visual force, Lightning, Apex, LWC,HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
3. Learn, analyze, and apply new technologies quickly to implement technical deliverables
4. Effectively collaborate with project team and client resource on advanced technical consultative services during the duration of a delivery engagement
5. Build integration jobs based on instructions and pre-established guidelines from a Technical Architect
6. Build and/or implement customer/public facing web-based user interfaces
7. Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to concurrent version system repository
8. Analyze data migration requirements, define data migration plan and execute
9. Manage commitments across multiple projects
10. Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements as a developer and advanced developer

Qualifications

1. 5 years of software development experience with a focus on Salesforce
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
3. Experience in Salesforce development preferred
