The Integrated Security Systems Technical Lead will be responsible for delivery of Integrated Security Systems. You'll work closely with project managers, architects, vendors, delivery teams, third parties and clients. You'll also have the opportunity to lead teams on projects that require technical expertise in areas such as CCTV, video analytics, access control systems and building management systems.

Requirements

1. Responsible for helping to oversee the installation, integration, and maintenance of the company's high-tech security systems, cameras, access control, video analytics, and other technologies
2. Ensure ISS is functioning as intended for all stakeholders and requirements are met.
3. Collaborates with project team to provide technical expertise and guidance on security systems and technology selection.
4. Assists with installing and configuring new video surveillance systems, software, components, and hardware in areas requiring security control.
5. Provides primary subject matter expertise in all phases of delivery, Implementation, testing and training.
6. Provides technical guidance on how to integrate new technologies with existing systems.

Qualifications

1. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
2. Must possess strong communication skills with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
3. 5+ years of experience as a technical lead in an integrated security systems organization.
4. Must have strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and physical security systems.
5. Must have 5+ years of experience in a technical role
6. Strong technical knowledge of wireless, radio and CCTV equipment.
7. Knowledge of alarm monitoring systems, access control systems.
8. Knowledge of intrusion detection and biometric identification systems.
