Perform highly responsible and professional administrative services to Executives by providing a wide range of administrative support that enhances the efficiency of the business. Supports at Group HOF, HFP CEO and HFP CFO. Scope of role will be global in nature as the jobholder will interface with global executives. Area(s) of impact include a cross-section of staff and functional areas that interface with.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Matric
  • Advanced administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary.
  • Exposure to working with different global teams (Chinese, French, will be an advantage)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft computer applications necessary.
  • Able to speak and read in French information (Advantageous but not a pre-requisite).
  • Fully Competent: Compliance, Personal Organization, Data Input, Problem Solving, Project Management, Microsoft Office including powerpoint
  • Expert: Computer Literacy, Telephone Proficiency, General Office Procedures, Personal Development, Business Writing
