BSc or BTech Mechanical Degree
Up to 5 years experience in mechanical and piping design on process plant type projects
- Flange, Valve, Fitting & Bend selection
- Preparation of Flange, Valve, Fittings and Bends specification & data sheets
- Be able to multi-task between several projects
- Piping design, supporting, ancillary structures
- Identifies technical problems and appropriately engages the business tech
- Comply with Company valves and QA System
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE and Quality within the project and everyday office environment
- Identify temporary materials required for the pipe pre-commissioning activities
- Check and monitor the quality of own work and the work of the draughtsman and designers
- ANSYS Fluent (or equivalent CFD software) for immediate placement
- Providing assistance to the construction contractor for resolution of issues
- Review and approval of stress isometrics and calculation packages
