Technical & Maintenance Officer, Ceres

Our client who specializes in the rental of luxury ablutions are to seeking to employ a Technical and Maintenance Officer for their branch in Paarl.

The candidate must preferably be a “jack of all trades” to be able to service their light trailers and provide maintenance and repairs to their hire fleet.

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate
• Physically fit
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Must live in the Paarl Area
• Industry experience will be advantageous
• Technical requirement: Experience in mechanic, plumbing, auto electrical and welding work
• Driver's license: Code 10 with PDP

Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and upkeep of Event fleet
• Technical management
• Call-out response to emergencies at event sites
• General maintenance of Event equipment
• Resolve issues as cost-effectively as possible.
• Stock control of event parts, stock and tools
• Assist with ad hoc event deliveries and collections.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and flexible hours.

The successful candidate will receive a basic remuneration package that includes retirement and funeral benefits.
