We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Agent / Customer Call Centre Agent to join our team in Sandton. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to our UK-based clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Ideal Candidate :
· Highly self-motivated individual with experience in a customer service call centre role.
· Can learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.
· Proficiency in Microsoft / Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient documentation and communication.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
· Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
· Time management and organizational skills.
· Is self managed and able to work independently and as a part of a team.
· Flexibility to work various 24/7 shifts, including evenings to align with UK business hours.

Requirements:
· 2+ years current and previous experience in a customer service role, involving outbound calls, call centre environment.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with UK clients.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Organized and methodical.
· Proficiency in [specific software or tools, if applicable, e.g., CRM systems].
· Be willing to work in-office in Sandton, and on the UK calendar, UK hours and night shifts.
· Be willing to commit to an interview in person and complete assessment and psychometric testing.
