Labour Legal Advisor, Sandton

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be required to render the following services (including but not limited to):

• The position is mainly office based;
• Assist clients via email and telephone queries by structuring solutions relating to employment law, provide advice, assistance and support to clients;
• Drafting of documents / agreements;
• Booking of appointments and diary management;
• Attending to appointments on-site of clients and CCMA / Bargaining council representation if and when required;
• Support service to Management and colleagues;
• Administrative tasks;
• Updating of records and reports;
• Rendering of any other services offered by SDC (Pty) Ltd Labour

Requirements:

• Practical and theoretical knowledge of Labour Law (minimum requirement of at least 3 years);
• Must be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• The candidate is required to work well under pressure, have good administrative-, time management-, communication-, written and verbal skills, be able to adapt quickly and use initiative
• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license.
