We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Battery Energy Storage Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of and hands-on experience in designing, testing, and implementing BESS solutions. You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative strategies to optimize energy storage, enhance system efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and optimize Battery Energy Storage Systems for various applications, including grid stabilization, renewable energy integration, and peak shaving. Conduct detailed feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the performance and viability of BESS projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet client requirements and project objectives.Perform system modeling, simulation, and performance evaluations to optimize battery configurations and control strategies. Oversee the testing, commissioning, and deployment of BESS installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical expertise and support to project managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in battery technology, energy storage systems, and renewable energy trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in designing, testing, and implementing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of power electronics, control systems, and energy management algorithms.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations governing energy storage systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems and optimize system performance. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.Prior experience with renewable energy projects or grid integration is a plus.
