Function Finance/Administration Facility Position Business Support Specialist | Finance Introduction

We are seeking a Business Support Specialist on a temporary basis to provide operational and system support across the business. The role will focus on providing functional system support to the Finance team.

Critical Outputs Serve as the functional point of contact for accounting and financial reporting systems. Support finance users in process execution, issue resolution, and system navigation. Collaborate with finance teams to identify process improvement opportunities. Coordinate with IT for system changes, testing, and upgrades. Ensure finance processes are accurately reflected in the system and compliant with policies. Provide subject-matter expertise and knowledge regarding the system to all role players. Provide efficient user support. Assist with new Business Initiatives. Provide user guides for Finance processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting operations or ERP functional support. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience with ERP SAP FI/CO) and Financial Reporting BI, OneStream) systems Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
