Finance Manager | Johannesburg North | Global Supply Chain & Logistics Group

A global market leader is looking for a commercially strong CA(SA) to join their Africa business as Finance Manager.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the realities of supply chain and logistics environments and can operate confidently across multiple African markets.

This is not a purely reporting or transactional finance role. The successful candidate will act as the finance lead for the Africa operation, partnering closely with local leadership and international stakeholders across finance, operations, audit, tax, inventory and controllership.

Key focus areas include:

• Financial management 
• Cross-border finance support and stakeholder engagement
• Month-end close, financial reporting and audit coordination
• Inventory, operational and internal control oversight
• Tax, compliance and governance management
• Process improvement and financial efficiency initiatives
• Partnering with executive leadership on strategic decisions
• Leading and developing local finance teams

Non-negotiables:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum 3–5 years commercial experience
• MUST come from supply chain / logistics
• Cross-border Africa experience essential
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management ability
• Fully office-based role in Johannesburg North
• Big 4 and multinational exposure highly advantageous.
