About the Role
Our client is recruiting for a Uniform Distribution Supervisor based in Honeydew, Johannesburg. This role is responsible for the efficient management, control, and coordination of the regional store, overseeing the inventory, allocation, and distribution of staff uniforms and specialized cleaning equipment for the Cleaning Division. The successful candidate will ensure optimal stock levels, strict asset tracking, reduced losses, and seamless logistical support to operational sites, while maintaining full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

What you’ll need

• 3–5 years’ proven experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within the Cleaning, Facilities Management, or Hospitality industry.
• Matric (Grade 12) required. A relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, asset tracking, and stock-take procedures.
• Technical familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, machinery, and specialized PPE is highly beneficial.
• High level of organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel for inventory tracking).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with operations, suppliers, and site staff.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of stock management (lifting, packing, counting) and work under operational deadlines.
• Valid SA ID - No criminal Record
