Recruitment Specialist at Prime Meridian Direct We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Paid Social Media Campaign Specialist to join our team and take our brand to new heights. The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge in social media advertising&campaign management. This individual needs to have a passion for driving growth and the ability to integrate into a high performing team.

You will be responsible implementing effective paid social media campaigns&tactics aimed at delivering high volume lead generation campaigns&scalable brand building initiatives across Meta&TikTok (with scope to integrate into new social media platforms)

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels

Measure and report on the performance of all social paid marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Research&plan emerging social media channels&placements.

Research and deploy policy changes to social media platforms.

Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple social channels and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

A degree/diploma/certificate in Digital Marketing or related fields

At least 2 years' experience managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of success.

Meta Ads (FB&Instagram)

TikTok

Google Ads (Including YouTube) - Advantageous

LinkedIn (Advantageous)

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights&Reporting suit) and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Creativity and innovation in developing advertising strategies and campaigns.

Ability to work within a team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
