The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the management, maintenance, and development of the school’s campus, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports both staff and students. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure Implement and manage preventative maintenance programmes Manage service providers, contractors, and maintenance staff Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations Prepare, monitor, and control facilities-related budgetsLead facility improvement projects, upgrades, and capital works Oversee campus security systems and protocols Ensure the school environment consistently reflects high operational standards Respond effectively to any facilities-related issues or emergencies Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities or property management Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation Proven leadership and team management experience Solid project management capabilityFinancial acumen with budgeting experience Valid driver’s licence Key Competencies

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of professionalism and integrity Hands‑on, proactive approach Ability to work under pressure and independently An appreciation for, and alignment with, a values-based Christian environmentRemuneration
