Description
Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end executive support to Directors, including diary, travel, and stakeholder coordination.

Prepare, compile, and manage executive board packs, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate and support high-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

Act as a trusted liaison between Directors, board members, and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist with executive-level projects and strategic initiatives as delegated.

Support governance and compliance processes linked to board and executive activities.

Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Represent the executive office in meetings or forums when required.

Skills&Experience

Minimum 4 to 5 years commercial exposure

Qualifications

MBA (First preference)

Honours (Non-Negotiable)
