Job Description: Collaborate with diverse professionals to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client needs. Utilize CAD software and engineering tools for design refinement and creation of 3D models. Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses. Develop civil construction project specifications and designs adhering to industry standards.Maintain meticulous project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve timely, quality project completion. Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives. Facilitate regular project team meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment on goals.Skills&Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience. Minimum 5 years of post-registration (Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng) experience, focusing on structural analysis and design for foundations, concrete/steel structures, buildings, underpasses, retaining walls, and infrastructure. Strong technical background in Civil Structural engineering, with excellent design and problem-solving skills.Good working knowledge of construction implementation processes and standards as well as project management principles. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D software or other engineering tools. Must have MS Office experience. Qualification: BSc, BEng, or BTech in Civil Engineering.Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer.
