Description
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Non-Negotiable)

6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 - 6 years in a supervisory/managerial position (Non‑Negotiable)

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Manage smooth running and achievement of departmental objectives and targets

Payroll experience, BEE, EE. planning

Implemented and managing staff training and upliftment programs

Own reliable car and valid (Code B) Driver’s license

Proven experience or understanding of BEE compliance and reporting is highly advantageous

Able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision, maintaining focus and efficiency

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Proficient in reporting, Excel, Word, presentations

Demonstrates a strong ability to meet deadlines and work towards specific targets/goals
