Job Description:

Craft meticulous electrical building services specifications and designs tailored to client needs and industry standards. Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and alignment with requirements. Leverage CAD software and engineering tools to refine designs and develop 3D models using CAD, Revit, and BIM software.Conduct thorough feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for the implementation of new techniques. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing reports and specifications. Ensure strict adherence to regulations and safety standards throughout project lifecycles. Coordinate seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project completion.Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost-saving measures, offering recommendations to senior management. Facilitate regular project meetings, offering guidance to team members, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes in milestones. Skills&Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Design (building services). At least five of the 10 years must be post-professional registration and should be in domestic/low voltage design. Strong technical background in engineering design and construction. Qualification

Hold a BSc, BEng, or BTech degree in Electrical Engineering. Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer. Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered. Contact
