About the Role:

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a qualified Millwright to join their team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal production uptime.

 Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and functional environment for property, plant, and equipment. Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on boilers and feed mill machinery. Test and ensure the proper functioning of all safety features. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement improvements. Oversee new equipment installations and modifications. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. Operate machinery as needed. Mentor and guide apprentices. Prepare root cause analysis reports. Adhere to company policies and quality system standards.

Requirements:

Qualified Millwright with a trade test certificate. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. (Feed Mill experience a plus!) Working knowledge and experience with PLC Systems. Leadership skills with the ability to achieve maintenance KPIs. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to respond to call-outs within 30 minutes.
