About the job Office administrator / Personal Assistant / Secretary We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support a senior Group Executive for a retail client. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in keeping everything running seamlessly.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

Tech‑savvy with strong systems skills

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly discreet

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Flexible to work after hours and weekends when required

What you’ll be doing:

Full diary, calendar, and travel management

Coordinating meetings, compiling minutes and reports

Preparing presentations, correspondence, and documentation

Managing filing systems, dashboards, and daily performance summaries

Handling financial reconciliations, procurement, and supplier coordination

Assisting with project cost control and contractor coordination

Intercepting and managing urgent requests on behalf of the executive
