A high-growth business in the convenience sector is looking for a sharp, hands‑on Operations Business Manager to oversee a portfolio of petroleum / fuel locations and Fast Food Restaurants. You'll own the numbers, the standards, and the people.

What You’ll Need

General Fuel station / petroleum location managementexperience 8 years ++

5–7 years in multi-site operations

Branch or Regional Management Fast Food experience at least 5 years OR

Branch / site petroleum experience

Strong financial, stock control, and people management skills

Valid driver’s licence —

extensive travel required

Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and POS systems

Key Responsibilities

Drive GP% targets and conduct weekly financial reviews across all sites

Enforce stock controls— shrinkage below 1%, fuel variances below 0.5%

Maintain site standards: cleanliness, pricing, merchandising, and compliance

Oversee cash, banking, reconciliations, and back‑office accuracy

Lead, coach, and performance manage Site Managers and Supervisors

Handle recruitment, disciplinaries, and CCMA matters

Ensure HSEQ compliance and full system accuracy across all platforms
