Welcome and host guests throughout their stay Manage check‑ins, special requests, and dietary requirements Oversee guest experiences, including meals, activities, and lodge hosting Ensure all guest touchpoints meet high‑quality standards Supervise service during breakfast, lunch, and dinnerMaintain lodge presentation in line with brand standards Work closely with HODs, kitchen, and service teams Support and assist across departments as needed Organise and host children’s activities Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction Personal Attributes

Professional, courteous, and guest‑focused Proactive with strong initiative Honest, dependable, and detail‑oriented Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences Comfortable working with diverse guests, including families and children Requirements

Experience in a camp manager, safari host, or similar hospitality role Strong guest service and hospitality background Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to lead teams and manage under pressure Creative and engaging approach to guest experiences Valid unendorsed South African driver’s license
