Camp Manager– Luxury Safari Camp in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal

Salary: R12,000– R15,000 (Live-In Position). This role requires a hands‑on hospitality professional passionate about guest experience and smooth camp operations within a remote bush environment. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily camp operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Deliver exceptional guest experiences and anticipate guest needs Manage and supervise camp staff to ensure high service standards Maintain operational standards in line with a luxury safari environment Coordinate front of house, housekeeping, and food service departmentsAssist with stock control, ordering, and basic administration Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are consistently upheld Requirements

Previous experience in a Camp Manager or similar role within a safari or lodge environment Strong guest relations and hospitality skills Hands‑on management style with a practical approach Ability to lead and motivate a small team Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities Comfortable working in a remote bush settingHigh attention to detail and service excellence Benefits
