Assessor/Training Officer, Bapong

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• valid SOR with CETA 
• Qualified on saqa 65789
• Effective application of quality assurance methods in alignment with Client standards ensuring cost containment and no negative impact to Clients budget/accreditation due to negligence
• Effective self and team management and alignment with Company values and leadership initiatives
• Effective engagement with team and external stakeholders
• Effective and efficient audit coordination and monitoring, measuring and moderation of the quality management system in alignment with MQA and ISO requirements and enhancement of ETD learning material/initiatives/standards/procedures informed by findings
• Effective risk monitoring, risk identification and mitigation within the respective QA frameworks
• Cost containment through proper planning
• Effective self-management in alignment with Clients values and leadership initiatives
• Effective stakeholder engagement that ensures sound relationships built on trust with team and site employees to facilitate and deliver full performance
• Effective planning and organizing of assessment deliverables, on target, as defined by the training service level agreement for the specific project
• Demonstrated fairness and safety in the preparation and conduction of assessments
