  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn/adapt to new engineering software
  • Competent in programming
  • Advanced competency on all basic engineering software (CAD, FEA, CFD)
  • Good competency on advanced engineering software/techniques
  • Advanced Design Skills

KPAs:

  • Independently evaluates, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria
  • Performs advanced CAD tasks
  • Prepares complete project documents
  • Performs complex 3D scanning projects requiring modelling, construction simulation and detailing of final designs
  • Plans and coordinates detailed aspects of the CAD work
  • Prepares scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments
  • Assists with proposals to provide professional services or obtain funding for CAD projects or programs.
