Mechanic (Air conditioning) - 2 - 3 month contract, Johannesburg

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• problem, whether it's through a visual inspection, listening to sounds or vibrations, or using diagnostic equipment.
•  
• Repairing or replacing faulty parts: Repair or replace damaged or worn-out parts. (changing oil, brakes or replacing engines, transmissions or other major components.)
• Conducting routine maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on Air-conditioning machines
• Testing machines: After repairs or maintenance are completed, test the machines to ensure it's working correctly and meets safety standards.
• Keeping records: Keep accurate records of all the work performed, including the parts used, the labor involved, and any other relevant information.
• Providing customer service: Communicate with the client to explain the problem, discuss the repair options, and provide an estimate of the cost and time involved in the repair process.

Education, Skills and Experience

• Relevant trade certificate
• 2 years minimum experience
• Willing to travel around JHB
