Administrative Coordinator
Please be advised that this position, due to the multi-national nature of the company, the work hours are 7am - 6pm Mon-Fri.
- The successful candidate must:
- diligent administration experience / meticulous
- be computer literate and have experience with CRM systems (MS-Dynamics highly recommended)
- Perform in a pressure-based environment
- Liaise with Executives and management team
- Ability to research both local and international prospects
- This role is ideally suited for someone starting out on their career and looking to develop their skills in a diverse multi-tasking environment.
- Minimum requirements Above average Matric Certificate or a Formal Degree or Diploma is a pre-requisite for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracking and supporting the team with all admin tasks.
- Support will also be needed on any ad-hoc Admin duties
- Accurate capturing and conveying of critical information.
- Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
