Short Term Insurance Sales Person, Johannesburg

We are looking to grow out team of Short Term and Commercial insurance sales representatives across South Africa.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:
• Industry specific credits/qualification
• Class Of Business (compulsory)
• CPD (compulsory)
• RE1 (preferred)
• RE5 (compulsory)

Experience:

• Commercial and personal lines insurance Sales - 3-5 years minimum
• Commercial - (Body Corporate and Homeowners insurance experience preferable)
• New Client Acquisition
• Lead Generation
• Client Relationship Management

Sales - Body Corporate:

• Remuneration
• Basic: R15,000
• Commission: Per sale basis
• Bonus: Monthly sales performance bonus available
• Are leads provided.

• Commission: Per sale basis or commission split structures available

• Access to FA's who in turn will feed leads based on trust and confidence.
• Own lead sourcing is encouraged.
• Opportunity available for the resource to sign collaboration agreements with 3rd parties to source leads on his/her behalf.
