Franchise Principal – Insurance & Investment Industry

Location: PTA / CT / Limpopo / KZN / JHB / EC
Reporting to: Regional Head
Remuneration: Market related

Duties and Skills:
• Recruiting and developing of Experienced FA's
• Recruiting and supervising of new advisers joining the industry according to FSCA regulations.
• Adhering to all compliance standards and requirements set out by the company and FSCA.
• Performance and KPI management ( personal and professional approach)
• Financial Management (practice related)
• Strategic planning and forecasting
• Reporting – and ability to follow reports.
• Staff motivation and development
• Marketing strategy and understanding of competitors and their offering ( across brands and within the local community)
• Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
• Retention and team building strategy (proof of previous execution required) – Speaks to recruitment skills.
• Assertive communication skills – Written and verbal.
• Understanding and utilizing the full company value proposition for further business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and collaborate with franchisees, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ideal candite has a clear credit record demonstrating his efficient money management skills.

Qualification and Experience:
• Full industry relevant qualification NQF 6 and higher,
• RE 5 , RE1 preferable
• 3 – 5 Years industry experience should include:
• knowledge of insurance products,
• underwriting, and claims processes
• Managing a team on 5> advisers
• Strong leadership skills including:
• Leading by example
• The ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Motivational and assertive performance management and conflict management skills.
