Our client, a homegrown South African fintech company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg.

Requirements;

  • 2-5 Years of experience as a Sales Consultant/Customer Success Consultant, Marketing consultant
  • Fintech experience is preferabl
  • Strong business acumen skill
  • Experience with the Payment product
  • Ability to interact with Merchant
  • Retail and/or hospitality experience is preferable
  • Knowledge and familiarity of the surrounding areas retail/business offerings
  • Ability to work remotely

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective time management skills
