Precision Machining Production Manager

Good day we are looking for a Precision Machining Production Manager to work for our client in Saudi Arabia- the position entails you travel to the middle eastern countries

Purpose of this role:

Will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of our machining facility. Will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the Precision Machining Production Department. ln addition, will be responsible for training and managing employees, tracking production stats, and implementing quality control procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Precision Machining, Production, and/or Manufacturing
  environments, (2,3,4,5 axis) CNC machines, cutting tools, and programming.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage production teams in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices and principle
• Knowledge of quality-control methodologies and processes
