Cultivate and nurture relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their goals and challenges Maintain regular communication to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution Develop comprehensive account plans in collaboration with clients, aligning their objectives with our products/services Identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies to meet evolving client needs Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to provide insights and recommendations Proactively identify challenges and potential issues in client accounts Develop creative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely problem resolution Support FD & MD in contract negotiations and discussions on pricing, terms, and renewals Present compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of offerings to clients Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions Share client feedback and insights to contribute to product/service enhancements

 

Key Deliverables

Build and maintain client relationships Foster a good working relationship across the agency and with client points of contact to facilitate flawless execution of plans Synthesise (refine) and articulate information accurately and efficiently to guide a campaign from brief to development and in execution Digest details about client's products and services and identify and articulate key points to outside parties. Intuitively solve problems. Know the client brands, markets, and audiences through and through Maintain good rapport with sales representatives, media owners and vendors; Push vendors to work collaboratively to deliver original solutions to satisfy client needs Explore alternatives and be naturally innovative in recommending media solutions; Determine the solution, deliver the recommendation and stand behind it Be a connected manager Work reviews Performance reviews Induction Training (a teaching mentality) Be revenue conscious and set accurate revenue targets and projections Portfolio management

 

 

What you'll need

3+ years of experience as a Digital Account Manager/Director 3+ years of experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms 3+ years of experience in customer service Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
