Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Tied Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with tailored financial solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting financial needs analysis for both life and investment planning needs.
• Building and managing a personal network within your sales territory.
• Identifying personal lines and business insurance opportunities.
• Clarifying customer needs through consultations and financial needs analysis.
• Proposing and selling products or services that meet customer needs.
• Walking customers through the features of our products/services.
• Responding to personal objectives and using performance management systems to improve.
• Developing and implementing a customer contact plan to engage potential customers.
• Managing key client and customer relationships to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensuring compliance with document management and operational procedures.
• Building and maintaining your own professional capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 2 or more Years proven experience as a financial advisor or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential);
• 120 FAIS Credits
  (NQF5) in Wealth management (Essential);
• RE5 (Essential); 1
• 120 FAIS (NQF6) in
• Wealth management/ CFP/ equivalent (Advantageous);
