How you'll role

As a brand strategist you will be involved in advising on as well as formulating strategies to help launch clients' products and services, while also collaborating with clients' advertising, public relations, and product teams.

What you'll do

• Research current market trends and predict future trends that might affect a client's product or service
• Perform target audience research
• Interview clients and their stakeholders
• Develop and present brand strategies in line with prescribed strategy framework
• Develop key brand messaging from the brand strategy
• Research and ideate brand names
• Contribute to the brand identity development from the creative teams
• Client interactions, face to face, Zoom, written and by telephone
• Develop consistent content for internal marketing; podcast, blog and social media platforms
• Research to identify competitors and their strengths or weaknesses
• Guide juniors and external resources
• Proactively identify revenue opportunities
• Have a high level of self quality control
• Other duties as defined by management

What you'll need

• You must be insatiably curious
• 2–3 years experience in a brand strategy / marketing role with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or branding (unless your skills are beyond comparison, in which case we can talk about it)
• Enjoy learning from people who have seen and done a bunch
• A team player but equally happy to take a piece of work from brief to presentation on your own if need be
• Capable of surviving periods of high pressure without melting down
• Have an attitude that is positive and proactive
