Position: Virtual Sales Advisor

Work Arrangement: Remote (Work from Home)

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• ITC and Criminal Clear
• FAIS, RE, and CPD Hours (Within DOFA to complete FAIS)
• Minimum 3 years solid sales experience within the insurance industry
• Experience in Short Term Personal Lines 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales from leads provided and referrals
• Focus on Short Term Insurance products
• Achieve targets set out by relevant campaigns
• Conduct needs analysis with clients
• Follow up on scheduled callbacks promptly
• Adhere to legislative requirements and quality assurance guidelines
• Optimize leads usage for maximum positive performance
