Typist – Learnership, Johannesburg

This role is part of a 12-month learnership program, and we are looking for an individual eager to gain practical experience in a recruitment environment.

Responsibilities:

CV Typing and Formatting:

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to transcribe candidate CVs from various sources.
• Ensure accurate and efficient typing of CVs, adhering to established formatting guidelines.

Alignment with Interview Notes:

• Work closely with recruitment consultants to align candidate CVs with interview notes and feedback.
• Edit and refine CV content to accurately reflect candidate qualifications and experience.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of typed CVs to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Ensure that all CVs meet quality standards and present candidates in the best possible light.

Data Entry:

• Enter candidate information accurately into the recruitment CRM.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of candidate CVs and related documents.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
