Commercial Undwriter, Roodepoort, South Africa

Commercial Claims Consultant required for a well established underwriting company in Roodepoort. This role is responsible for processing of claims from start to finish. This will include loading, processing and finalising all motor and non-motor claims. Please note that this role is full time office based and you will be required to work in the office based in Roodepoort. 

Responsibilities

• Loading, processing and finalising motor and non-motor claims
• Manage claims in accordance with company procedures.
• Collect accurate info and documents to proceed with a claim
• Prompt feedback and handling of claims
• Discuss the claim with suppliers and repairers when necessary

Requirements

• 3 -5 years Claims experience (ideally in Motor Traders Insurance)
• RE5 Certificate (Completed or currently studying)

Skills 

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Client Service driven
• Working as a team player
• Good time management skills. (Planning and organising)
