Claims Consultant, Roodepoort

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and assess commercial claims, coordinating all relevant documentation.
• Investigate claim validity and gather supporting evidence.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate claim records.
• Liaise with service providers and external stakeholders to ensure efficient claim resolution.
• Support senior consultants as needed and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Matric certificate (minimum requirement).
• RE 5.
• FETC in Short-Term Insurance
• Class of Business Commercial Lines
• 2-5  years in short-term insurance claims, especially commercial claims, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
