Salary: R30 000 CTC, based on experienceMinimum requirements:
Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years post-admission experience Right of Appearance in the High Court  Experience working with Municipalities and/or Government entities is essential Experience in banking and debt collection litigation will be advantageous Solid experience in High Court litigation In-depth knowledge of High Court Rules, directives, and court processes, including CaseLines and Court Online Strong legal drafting and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative Consultant: Danielle Fortuin - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
