Our legal client based in Roodepoort is seeking an Admitted Attorney to join their team
Salary: R30 000 CTC, based on experience

Minimum requirements:
  • Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years post-admission experience
  • Right of Appearance in the High Court 
  • Experience working with Municipalities and/or Government entities is essential
  • Experience in banking and debt collection litigation will be advantageous
  • Solid experience in High Court litigation
  • In-depth knowledge of High Court Rules, directives, and court processes, including CaseLines and Court Online
  • Strong legal drafting and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative
