Our client in the Specialised Insurance Services in Roodepoort is looking for Claims Consultants. Proactive, critical-thinking individuals, who will be able to contribute positively to the claims handling process and provide exceptional communication to policyholdersMinimum requirements:
Completed degree, preferably BCom Very strong academic results Fluent in English and Afrikaans Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude Must be computer literate Must be professional Excellent interpersonal and administration skills Exceptional client service Must be able to communicate with various clusters of the business (various departments as well as service providers) No relevant experience necessary Providing advice to policyholders on making a claim and the processes involved Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim Responsible for the management of a claim from submission to completion Monitoring the progress of a claim Taking responsibility for productivity and profit Providing exceptional client service while confirming the extent as well as the validity of a claim Consultant: Andri Joubert - Dante Personnel Greenstone
