Our client in the Specialised Insurance Services in Roodepoort is looking for a Financial Manager to the manage the day-to-day operations of the entity ensuring that the entity runs smoothly, manage the financial risks, optimize profitability and support in the strategic decision making of the companyMinimum requirements:
Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a valid certificate from SAICA Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience Full accounting function of the group entities Assisting with the preparation of the financial statements Work closely with the internal and external auditors. Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts Invoicing All calculations and submissions to SARS (VAT, PAYE, Tax) Handling the payment of commissions to brokers and sending of statements Preparation of daily payment runs Assisting the FD/CFO with all regulatory reporting Preparation of documents required for meetings of the board and Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Ensure adequate insurance coverage and risk mitigation measures committees
