We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tijuana. This position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a professional and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and referrals to attract qualified talent Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, competencies, and organizational fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operational teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within recruitment systems Perform reference checks and verify candidate information as required Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to maintain engagement and a positive experienceSupport onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire coordination Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization across recruitment channels Qualifications

Experience&Education

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or related experience Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments is preferred Bachelor´s degree in psychology. Skills&Competencies

English proficiency (English B2 level or higher) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentialityWork Conditions

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM– 7:00 PM SAST Availability for occasional weekend support and field recruitment activities, as needed What We Offer
