About the job Financial Clerk / Financial Administrator Our client an engineering consulting firm is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) as a Financial Clerk. The EPMO plays a pivotal role in maintaining project management standards and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. As a Financial Clerk, you will be an integral part of our finance team, assisting in various financial tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our financial processes.
Responsibilities
Financial administration, including reviewing Purchase Orders, following up with clients on outstanding invoices, reviewing expense claims, and examining remittance documentation.
Accurate data entry of financial information into our systems.
Assisting with invoice processing and tracking.
Maintaining financial records and documentation.
Supporting communication related to financial matters.
Ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Providing general administrative support to the EPMO team.
Requirements
5-10 years experience in Finance
Construction/Consulting Engineering experience is a bonus
Previous experience in financial administration within an organization.
A financial qualification would be preferred.
Diligence and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and see tasks through to completion.
