Responsible for consolidating all the schedules,preparing, printing and final distribution of the Management Packs

Check the accuracy of the entries in MDA andarrange for correcting entries to be passed

Prepare and Finalize the Annual Budgets

Update MDA with the Final Approved Budgetedfigures

Dealing with Financial queries from Tenants,Head Office, Owners, Contractors&Customers

Ultimately responsible for the collection ofrentals from Tenants

Manage the Legal Process with the Attorneys

Ensure that all Leases are captured into MDA andthat the system is 100% up to date

Carry out a full Lease Audit every twelve/eighteenmonths

Ensure that Annual Assessment Rates, Water, Electricityand CID Levy Increases (are recovered from tenants)

Ensure that all Accounts are paid timeously

In the absence of The General Manager takeresponsibility of the running of the Gauteng Region

Responsible for all other functions that arereasonably requested by the Management or theBuilding Owner

Requirements

Matric

B Com - accounting/ finance

3-5 years experience in a similar role within the property management industry
