Minimum Requirements

3 years Training Experience

Consideration will be given to applicants who have successfully completed the following full qualifications or other equivalent qualification:

64789: National Certificate: Automotive Repair and Maintenance NQF Level 5
97990: Occupational Certificate: Automotive Motor Mechanic NQF Level 4
118733: Occupational Certificate: Automotive Motor Mechanic NQF Level 4

Duties

Facilitating Motor Mechanic training sessions in various formats including but not limited to workplace, classroom, virtual.

Managing Training Logistics: Coordinating training schedules, materials, and venues.

Employing interactive and engaging learning methodologies to promote active learner participation.

Providing Feedback and Coaching through constructive feedback and guidance to learners.

Monitoring and assessing the impact of training delivered on learner performance.

Keeping abreast of new trends and best practices in training and development.

Keeping accurate records of training activities and learner progress.

Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages learner participation and collaboration.
