Accountant, Rustenburg

We have a vacancy for an Accountant with a vehicle dealership in Rustenburg.

The role requires some of the following duties:

Interprets, compiles, and maintains automotive accounting information for the dealership.

Maintain monthly vehicle inventory and floor‑planning records and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial statements for submission to manufacturer.

Prepare monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist with financial activities such as preparation of yearly budgets, cash flow, purchases.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar Diploma in Accountancy.

Basic understanding of all corporate taxes.

Must have experience in motor industry and with vehicle dealership accounting.

Sound knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Accountant.

Numeracy accuracy and diligence and good computer skills.

Supervision experience.

Clear criminal record.

Valid SA Driver’s license.

Grade 12 or equivalent.
