Job Title: Store Manager
Location: NY Slice Pizza & Daily Perks Café
Hours: Rotational shifts across 7 days
Working Experience: Min 3-5 years’ experience as team lead/manager in the hospitality industry
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a grounded yet dynamic leader to manage both sides of the shop — coffee and pizza.
You’ll lead a small team, drive great service, keep quality high, and help build a shop that customers love and staff enjoy working in.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across both café and pizza shop
Lead, schedule, and train a team of baristas and pizza chefs
Oversee quality control, stock levels, and supplier orders
Handle basic reporting, till balancing, and customer queries
Step in where needed to support the team
Foster a fun, motivated, clean, and customer-first culture
Requirements:
Previous hospitality or café/restaurant management experience
Confident, people-focused leader
Organised and proactive under pressure
Comfortable with basic admin and ordering systems
Reliable, friendly, and high energy
